I would say a nice firm **** with no cellulite(but im not a guy).

Some excersise to help with it is lunges, squats, running, pretty much any excersise for your legs. You can also get toneing creams and cellulite creams to help it go away quicker.

u gotta build up muscle to get rid of it
drinking lots of water helps and doing lunges and squats those type of cardio excercises
buying products to get rid of it makes a difference

well i think they prefer a big **** with no cellulite lol but if you have cellulite and u really want to get rid of it try the new nivea product its about 10.00 at walmart it works amazingly!!

There are different types of men with different types of tastes in woman.

Some men likes woman with lots of fat. I know this cause 4 of my older brothers met their wives-already fat.

Some men likes a nice **** and dont care about the rest of the body parts or vise versa.

Some men likes all the body parts porportional toned…etc.

Exercises to do?
Aerobic exercises
cardio exercises
use light to moderate weights with the exercises above.
Eating healthy foods play a big part.

There are cellulite creams out there that actually help reduce cellulite. Just research on this one. Dont buy the gimmicks because they dont work and you will be waisting your money. Using cellulite alone does not fast tract the result. You must manage it with the stuff I mentioned above.

It’s also a good help if you ready about cellulite and what causes it and how to manage it. Try googling it.

Leg exercises such as squats and leg raises will help to remove cellulite with:

Dry body brushing
Cellulite massage
Drinking plenty of water and herbal teas

But there’s no point in just doing the leg exercises and not doing other things to remove the cellulite.

There are several things you can do. Cellulite is caused by a combination of poor diet, lack of exercise, and/or genetics.

To diminish it, eat healthy, and exercise. Eat more whole, natural foods. Don’t eat that frozen food stuff, or salty foods, and drink LOTS of water.

Most importantly, you must exercise! Mixing cardio and strength training helps. Lunges and squats are the best. Leg press as well. Anything to work your ****!

Creams and lotions are only to diminish the APPEARANCE of cellulite so don’t be fooled by that stuff. And remember, 90% of women have cellulite! You’re not alone!

As to your main question, what are good exercises to remove cellulite? Well, that’s simple, cardiovascular and aerobic exercises, as these types of exercise help to increase circulation, blood flow, and lymphatic drainage, all of which are vital to the elimination of cellulite.

In case you didn’t know, cardiovascular and aerobic exercises can include practically any activity. This means walking, running, jogging, swimming, hiking, biking, etc.

Also, weight training (lifting weights) can be great at building muscle, thereby muscling out, pun intended, nasty cellulite.

The key to good cellulite exercise is a routine. You can’t do cellulite exercises for a week and then expect to be cellulite free — it’s not that easy. Set-up a routine where you work out for 20 minutes a day 4-5 times a week and you should be good to go!
