Coffee grinds to get rid of cellulite? How do I do this at home?

I read somewhere that you rub used coffee grinds on you and then wrap the area with plastic wrap? Is this right? Also if you know of a different technique to help get rid of cellulite, I’d like to hear it to. Thanks.

Caffeinated Content – Members-Only Content for WordPress
Cut the amount of “bad fats” you eat and get regular exercise. That is the only REAL way to reduce cellulite. Sorry. I’ve heard that creams and home-made remedies don’t really work.
