How do you get rid of stretch marks and cellulite?

Jasmine B asked:

I’m young, so my skin is good and I’m hoping that will help. I don’t have that much of either one. The cellulite is mostly on the backs of my legs, and the stretch marks are from when I was younger and they are on the insides of my thighs and a little bit on the sides of my stomach. Will losing weight help both of these to disappear?

Stretch marks are a form of scaring and the only thing you can do is eat healthy and give your body all it needs to repair and heal. (even that said stretchmarks may fade but wont completely disappear).

In regards to cellulite you really want to build your lean muscle mass and lower your fat levels. it would take me forever to wright about what you need to do but if you join a reputable gym and talk to a trainer and sprots nutritionist they will tell you what to do.

It all depends on how much you have to lose. People talk about cellulite as if it were a thing, but it’s really just a look on the surface of the skin. That look has nothing to do with the skin, actually. It’s the result of your body storing fact too closely to the underside of the skin layers. Skin cells are shaped like little bricks, fat cells are irregular blobs. When the fact cells press against the skin they displace things irregularly. Think of an elephant leaning against a brick wall, and what that would like like on the other side. It’s not the wall’s fault, and messing with the bricks isn’t going to fix the lumpy bumpy look. Where the body stores fat is determined by your genetics, and there is very little you can actually do about it. You can exercise to tone underlying muscle, and maintain a decent weight- and that’s about it. You can’t dissolve it. Anything that dissolves fat isn’t going to be too good for the skin over it. You can’t move it either. And even if you did try to remove it, say with liposuction- the body would replace it. And the liposuction damages connective tissue of the skin, creating dimples as well. So all you can do is curse the ancestors for your cellulite. As far as the stretch marks go, those are scars. During your growth, you stretched your birthday suit, and the connective tissue that holds the cells together tore. Those usually fade over time, and become nearly unnoticeable. If you are overweight, losing weight takes the pressure off of the scars, and they do shrivel some. You can try using a scar reduction cream on them, but honestly, I don’t think the expense is worth it. If the marks really bug you, you can see a dermatologist to see what they have to suggest. Again though, those remedies tend to be expensive, and not always that effective. In the case of these two things, sometimes it is better just to learn to love yourself as you are. Nobody who really counts is going to think much of them, and you are a lot more valuable than your container. Anyone not smart enough to realize that isn’t worth your time.

It is common for women to have cellulite on the backs of the legs and stretch marks on the thighs so try not to worry too much. Losing weight will not necessarily help you get rid of the cellulite and stretch marks. There are a few things that you can do:

1. Have a good dieting system. You can go to any of the nutritional expert and seek advice on a good dieting system. Drink plenty of water and try to cut down on coffee because coffee contains substances that makes your stretch marks more visible.

Also consume foods that is rich in zinc, vitamins and proteins.

2. Exercise. You need to exercise regularly but make sure you have an effective exercise program. One that truly works and can lead you to having lean muscles. Effective workouts can get rid of the cellulite and stretch marks.

3. If you are lazy to diet and exercise, you can try a stretch mark cream to help you clear the stretch marks. Stretch mark creams contain Vitamin A and E and can help reduce the visibility of the stretch marks and even clear it totally.

The stretch marks can actually fade naturally but it takes time. Stretch mark creams helps to accelerate the fading process.

If you go for option 3, I would recommend that you check out Celtrixa Stretch Mark Cream. It has help a lot of women to clear their stretch marks and being able to wear the clothes that they want.
