Women all over the world have become obsessed with trying to find the answer to their problem of how to get rid of cellulite. Those ugly lumps and dimples of built up body fat are hard to get rid of. Massaging the muscles also stimulates the muscles, causing the extra fats and fluid in our system to be removed through the blood stream.
Second, liposuction is a popular practice done by medical practitioners who know how to get rid of cellulite. The fat is removed through suction creating a trim dimple free body. Liposuction can be one of the best ways on how to get rid of cellulite.
Third, spas don’t know how to get rid of cellulite. They do, however, know how to reduce the appearance through body wrapping. This method works on the theory that cellulite is fat with water buildup. Plastic or rubber wraps are wound around the waist and abdomen or the entire body if needed.
The body wraps are made with special creams or herbal remedies.
Fourth, Topical creams and lotions like Revitol might be effective at reducing cellulite. The natural ingredients like caffeine break down fats allowing for better blood flow and eliminating body waste. Revitol and other similar products are effective at reducing cellulite and firming the skin.
Fifth, eating the right types of food will help you reduce your body fat which in turns reduces cellulite. Eat foods rich in antioxidants like of fruits and vegetables to help detoxify the body. They stimulate the production of collagen and elastin for healthy skin. Avoid fatty foods.
Last, a good exercise program will help reduce body fat. Exercises like walking, sit ups and stretching are simple but can keep your body healthy. When looking for the answer to the question of how to get rid of cellulite, use common sense approaches for a healthy body.

Cellulite is fat that has pushed up through the deeper layers of skin and shows on the outside of our bodies as ‘dimples’ or makes the skin seem lumpy. I have some rather bad news: Thanks to the way our bodies are made, women experience cellulite more than men do.
So now you’re probably thinking, ‘Great, yet ANOTHER problem we have to worry about and they don’t.’ You are absolutely correct, ladies. We always get the raw end of the deal, don’t we? But here’s the real question: Do you want to know how to get rid of cellulite? Of course you do. And it may be as simple as not eating certain foods.
Have you ever ignored the little voice in your head that told you that the moist chocolate cake you were about to bite into would be going straight to your hips and butt? Exactly, those are just the kind of things you want to steer clear of.

Buy a new Lexus. Take long hot baths. Go on a fling with a younger man. Buy jewelry dripping with diamonds. Buy a new wardrobe.
But here’s the real challenge! We also have to work out. That’s right. Workouts like aerobics and cardio will shrivel those fat cells, a great way to minimize the appearance of cellulite.
Wait, don’t run away, I have another replacement to suggest for you! I’ve got two words for you – shoe shopping. Come on, ladies, we can do it. What are you waiting for? You possess the secret on how to get rid of cellulite. Now go out and work your butt off– literally!

What I use now for stretch marks is Alo Vera and Palmers Cocoa Butter formula Massage cream for stretch marks. But I would like something that would work over the summer.

Everyone is talking about and looking at cellulite every day. How many of the people that are talking about and looking at it really know what it is? Until about a year ago, I had no idea what it was. Before I tell you what cellulite is, I must say that even thin people can have it. Cellulite is fat deposited in pockets just below the skins surface. In order to get rid of cellulite, one must be willing mentally, and financially. Most procedures to get rid of cellulite seem bazaar and I think I would rather pull away from the table and exercise.
Looking in the mirror and seeing all those bulges and baggy skin, I often breathe a sigh of hopelessness. What can I do about my fat wavy skin? I would really like to know how to get rid of cellulite once and for all. My doctor told me that cellulite is not a fat problem but a skin problem, and the problem is hereditary. He explained other options for cellulite removal. Some of the clinical names he mentioned were too complicated to pronounce or remember. I specifically remember the explanation about liposuction, and it may be what I need. I just may do this!
A couple of my friends had the Liposuction procedure performed for cellulite removal. Many times I have considered having cellulite removed using this procedure, but I chickened out. Liposuction has been around for awhile. It is very popular these days and people seem to trust it, and they are satisfied with the outcome. There were a number of problems encountered after the procedure was completed. Most of the problems my friends encountered were skin irregularities such as skin waviness, contours, dents, and other skin deformities.
